Parts Department:

Parts Counter Sales. Parts Counter responsibilities: Assisting customers and technicians with their parts questions and needs. Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process. The primary job objective is to provide excellent customer service to customers, service technicians and maximize sales of parts and accessories. Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as presenting professional conduct and appearance at all times. Adhering to company policies and procedures. Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock.

Parts Counter requirements:

Experience with electronic parts catalogue, basic computer skills, and valid driver’s license required.
A customer-focused attitude to go along with a high level of motivation and energy.
Outstanding communication skills.
Superior customer service skills.
2 years Parts Sales Computer skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Ability to multitask.

Service Department:

Diesel Technician. Taking applications for experienced heavy truck technicians. If you have experience and would like a career opportunity then this is for you. We offer a top pay and benefits program with extensive training.

Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

● The ability to set goals and accomplish them.
● The desire to take advantage of certification opportunities to have the most updated product training.
● Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements for Diesel Technician:

● High School Diploma or G.E.D.
● A minimum of 2 years experience working with diesel engines and heavy duty trucks.
● Must have your own set of general tools.
● Be able to work with diagnostic computers for troubleshooting and repairs.
● Use computers for web based training and work order system.
● Technical degree or certification a plus.
● Must be physically able to lift and work with no restrictions.
● Volvo, Cummins, Isuzu, Hino, GM experience a plus
